Technical Assistance

Having problems with Webcams.com? That's ok. Computers can be a pain sometimes.  We will do all we can to help you enjoy our site as much as possible.

The most common problem we have is people not being able to login to their account.  The most important things to remember are that your username and password are CaSe SenSiTiVe. This means that if you had a capital 'K' in your password, for example, you must enter a capital K every time. A lower case 'k' will not work.

Please also remember that once your account is cancelled you will no longer have access to the site.  You will need to re-join the site after you cancel in order to enjoy the webcam chat.
